    Complaints

    In compliance with the EU-US MDP and the UK extension to the EU-US MDP agreement and the Swiss-US MDP, Hillogy commits to resolve complaints relating to the MDP Principles about our collection and use of your personal information.     Dispute Resolution

    In compliance with the EU-US MPD and the UK extension to the EU-US MPD. and the Swiss-U.S. MPD, Hillogy commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, and the Swiss Federal Commission on Information and Data Protection with respect to unresolved complaints related to our handling of personal data received.

    Jurisdiction

    The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Hillogy's compliance with the EU-U.S. MPD rules and the UK extension to the EU-U.S. MPD agreement and the Swiss-U.S. MPD.

    Disclosures to Public Authorities

    Hillogy may from time to time be required to disclose personal information it receives under the EU-U.S. MPD rules and the UK extension to the EU-U.S. MPD agreement. and the Swiss-U.S. MPD in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

    Accountability for Onward Transfers

    Hillogy is responsible for the processing of personal information it receives under the MPD Principles and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Hillogy will remain liable under the MPD Principles if its agent processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the MPS Principles, unless Hillogy demonstrates that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

  8. How long do we keep your information?

    In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
